General
--Added insurance tab to Companies screen. Also added Company Insurance Report to reports tab.
--Added Attachments tab to Companies screen so you can attach documents or images to companies.
--Added the ability to add an electronic signature to contacts in preferences and companies. You can load an image of your signature from a scanner or camera to your PC and copy it to the contact screen. You can print this signature on many documents (see below). This is especially great if you are creating PDF files that you are sending via email.
Certified Payroll Tracking
--Fringe Benefit Statement view and report on Project Wage Rates screen. Prints California Fringe Benefit Statement form CEM-2501 as well as a general Fringe Benefit Statement report.
--Added The Port Authority of NY & NJ certification of payroll report and statement of compliance.
--New option to print an electronic signature on all compliance reports that have a signature.
--Latest tax table version.
--You get all the updates for the next year to remain current on the report formats and tax table updates.
Contractor Billing
--Added Blank Documents button to projects billing tab. You can print blank payment application, continuation page, and change order docs to use as worksheets or to do a billing manually if needed.
--Added an option to print to a blank pre-printed continuation page. With this option the description column text is unlimited. You are no longer limited to just single or double spaced printing options!
--Added a preference to resize the schedule of values and payment apps detail screens to show more rows and columns depending on your screen resolution.
--New option to print an electronic signature on all plain paper payment applications.
Communications
--Drawing log and tracking features.
- Enter drawing information, revision history, and print report.
- Print Drawing Log report with numerous filtering and grouping options.
--Added Safety tab to Daily Reports screen and report. Enter and print safety related information.
--Option to print an electronic signature on communication documents that have a signature.
